NEWSLETTER COORDINATOR

• Attend monthly meetings. Usually about 1.5 hours, third week of each month.
• Create each monthly edition of the newsletter for parents.
  • Nancy is the prime source for info and photos to include, and for editing before it’s sent out. The Children’s Events Coordinator provides the calendar of classroom activities.
  • Can use the program of your choice – Word, Publisher, Pages…

ARTISANS MARKET ASSISTANT

• This position will assist Christine Prescott, the Market Coordinator. The busy season will be the fall, leading up to the Market in November.
• This position is what we call a sub-committee member, not a voting board member. Your child’s class placement is still guaranteed, but this position does not need to attend all monthly board meetings, just those where the Artisans Market is on the agenda.
