• Shuttle bus for all night shift volunteers to and from Century Casino Calgary.
• Carpooling will be organized for day shifts.
• Complimentary meal in the casino restaurant for each volunteer.
• Easy work overseen by a professional casino adviser who shows us what to do.

This is the single biggest fundraiser for the preschool. It takes place once every three years, and has historically brought in around $45,000 directly towards our teachers’ salaries. This helps keep our program affordable for families.

The casino is part of a system run by the Alberta Gaming and Liquor Commission. As a non-profit society we are eligible to put our name forward for a casino date. A date is assigned to us by lottery when our turn comes. Then we provide volunteers to staff the casino in exchange for a percentage of the revenue. Many non-profit organizations across the province take advantage of this funding stream.

Our last casino in September 2017 was a great success. Many thanks to all our volunteers for working late hours in Calgary!!!
